We are in frosty Boston, Massachusetts to check in with a very cool Meetup! Granted, Boston doesn't see snow all that often, but that doesn't stop our Organizer of the Week, Tania Nevis.

Through the ingenious invention of an alloy-wheeled scooter, she and the members of the Boston Snow Dogs keep the tradition of "mushing" alive all year long. According to a recent article in The Boston Globe, mushing with the scooter provides the dogs with an outlet to not only bond as a pack, it also helps to keep them fit and gives them a traditional way to expend the breeds excess energy.

This is one fortunate canine community!

Such is the case with this week's Organizer. She (and her cadre of "walkers") reach beyond their comfort zone to lend a hand, ear or sometimes just a smile to the homeless living on the streets of London, England.

Theirs is an amazing story of love and generosity and I know you'll admire her as much as I do, The Meetup Organizer of the Week, Lidija Mavra and The London Sock Mob.

As Thanksgiving approaches, thoughts turn to the bounty of our lives, great and small.
Our Organizer of the Week created a co-op in order to provide a convenient and cost-effective way to bring organic fruits and veggies to her community.
Her success has been overwhelming and embodies the true spirit of sharing healthy wealth with her neighbors.
